As a small business, djembemoves.com does not have to charge sales tax (German: MwSt).
All of these items can be sent after an order has been made by telephone or email. The item(s) will be sent directly after we receive the money on our bank or paypal account, details of which can be found in the imprint.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please inform us within 2 weeks and it will be replaced by another item of the same value (plus handling/package/postage), once the original purchase has been returned to us. All of our products leave us in perfect order. If the product arrives in some way damaged, we kindly request that you take a photo immediately and send it to us. Independent of the postage option you choose, we may be able to claim the damages on insurance.
